The Colorado Grand Chapter of the Order of Eastern Star provides college scholarships for the members of The International Order of the Rainbow for Girls, Job’s Daughters International, and DeMolay International.
The Colorado Masons’ Benevolent Fund
The Colorado Masons’ Benevolent Fund contributions to higher education consist of three programs; Scholarships, Vocational Grants, and Educational Grants. All require that an applicant be a graduating high school senior in a public high school within the state of Colorado and that the award is used in any certified institution within the state of Colorado. The recipients of these awards are chosen primarily for leadership, maturity, need and scholastic ability without reference to race, religion, gender or Masonic relationship.Click here for the Grand Lodge Scholarship Programs.
The Scholarships are for up to $7000 per year, renewable of four years, for a total of $28,000. Vocational Grants are one-time $2000 grants for vocational training. Educational Grant amounts are determined by the local lodge. You must set-up an Interview with the Lodge appointed for your school before March 15th.
