Rainbow Scholarship for Masters Degree in Education

There are scholarship funds available for majority Rainbow members pursuing their Masters Degree in Education.  Contact the Supreme Officer for more information.

O.E.S. Glenn Monroe Scholarship

The Colorado Grand Chapter of the Order of Eastern Star provids college scholarships for the members of The International Order of the Rainbow for Girls, Job’s Daughters International and DeMolay International.

The Colorado Masons’ Benevolent Fund

The Colorado Masons’ Benevolent Fund contributions to higher education consists of three programs; Scholarships, Vocational Grants and Educational Grants. All require that an applicant be a graduating high school senior in a public high school within the state of Colorado and that the award be used in any certified institution within the state of Colorado. The recipients of these awards are chosen primarily for leadership, maturity, need and scholastic ability without reference to race, religion, gender or Masonic relationship.

The Scholarships are for up to $7000 per year, renewable of four years, for a total of $28,000. Vocational Grants are one time $2000 grants for vocational training. Educational Grant amounts are determined by the local lodge.

The Scottish Rite has advised us of the following Scholarship opportunity.  The scholarship covers the cost of tuition and fees in the Washington Scholars Fellowship Program and is open to college juniors and above in DeMolay, Job’s Daughters International, and the International Order of the Rainbow for Girls. Attached is a flyer on the program as well as the application itself.
